Account Name Change? - Guild Wars Forums

Well here I am again with a strange question. I do not know if this is the right place for this thread. If it is not please move it to the right one.

Observation.

Last night while I have the Hero's window open I noticed my account name was the name of the first char that I had made. I then deleted it soon after making it as I had no idea what I was doing.

Is there a way to change this to one of the toons that I have active?

My friend Tolkano can help you. Pick "register my account". He'll only do it like once a month though. You can find him in your GH or in the temple of Balthazar.

No, I don't believe that's what he's for.

"Tolkano is the tournament NPC. He can be used to register your account name for automated tournaments using the first dialog."

Write to support and see what they say.

If it is the Friend's List and Guild Roster showing the wrong name, just have the people remove you from Friends List and add you back in. The guild roster would require you to be reinvited, and if you are the guild Leader, that can be tough unless you have someone you trust to promote to Leader while you get reinvited.

If it is in relation to something else, I don't know what. Tolkano is the only other place you can change something in regards to your name, and that is only for the tournament stuff.

I thought that was ONLY for Tournaments when you enter it says Blah Blah Blah vs Blah Blah Blah THATS what Tolkano changes.
